With a background in dance, Maggie was first introduced to yoga in the late 1990s as part of her fitness regime. But it wasn’t until she was involved in a sailing accident in 2000 that Maggie truly found yoga. Join Maggie as she guides you through a soulful and slow vinyasa practice inspired by the ocean and the constant ebb and flow we all experience in day-to-day life. This 60-minute class will have you pairing breath with fluid and mindful movement to open the body and create space. Suitable for all levels.
